Join Mora Wines at our cellar door near Arrowtown for a guided tasting of our celebrated Central Otago wines. The friendly and knowledgeable team will host you with much humour and banter while you taste 5 of our Central Otago and Single Site Series wines. Choose from multiple seating options: relax amongst the gardens under the umbrella, savour your tasting at the outdoor cellar bar, or cosy up inside our historic restored cottage in a comfortable armchair.

Mora (Latin) means to linger, to take pause. A second-generation New Zealand-family owned company, Mora Wines is the latest Central Otago wine venture for the Skeggs family, who also produce the internationally successful RUA brand.

Your tasting will involve an intimate journey into three of our coveted vineyards - Kolo, Eden and Vale which are located in the Pisa and Bannockburn subregions of Central Otago. Learn how the landscape shapes the flavours and textures of our wines. Our range of current releases are available to purchase by the glass or bottle and we can arrange overseas delivery for you.

After your tasting you can then join our on-site partners Artisan Kitchen for breakfast, lunch or a shared platter from their acclaimed restaurant menu. Relax in the garden while you enjoy honest, comforting food, lovingly made from scratch.

Private groups are welcome and bookings are essential for your guided wine tasting. Wine tastings are available daily on each half hour between 10am and 5pm throughout the year (closed Christmas Day).

Mora Wines & Artisan Kitchen is located at 265 Arrowtown-Lake Hayes Road. Parking is available and there is a bus stop outside, making it a straightforward ride from central Queenstown.
