Gibbston Valley Cheesery & Deli

Housed in the Old Winery, our Cheesery features a full tasting and retail area with knowledgeable staff ready to give samples and cut cheese to order.

We’re fully stocked with Whitestone Cheeses – from small retail packs to wheels & blocks. Our shop also features many local suppliers’ deli-style products including cold meats, chutneys, spreads, honey and wine-infused chocolates.

We run a daily schedule of tours and tastings that explore the incredible intricacies of wine and cheese pairing. In doing so, we illustrate how our land is indispensable to our products, and what our craft does to bring the best out of land and place. Our Cheese Tours run 7 days a week from 10am - 5pm and can be booked from our website.
