The Millhouse celebrates the very best of Central Otago’s seasonal produce, with menus crafted from Millbrook’s own Kitchen Garden and trusted local farmers. Set within the historic walls of the original flour mill, the restaurant combines comfort, character and contemporary dining.
Overlooking the tranquil Mill Pond and the final fairway, The Millhouse offers a dining experience that is both memorable and unique — one that honours its heritage while embracing the flavours of today.
