The Lodge is nestled amongst Central Otago's oldest vines and away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. In winter, enjoy fire-side dining in our warm & intimate Restaurant, before viewing the deep array of stars scattered overhead in Gibbston’s Dark Sky Park. In warmer months, our outdoor courtyard invites diners to enjoy the evening sunset - pinot in hand - beside our idyllic vineyard.
Our talented Chefs are passionate about creating seasonal dishes, brimming with flavour and sourced sustainably & locally. With Chef’s gardens nestled across the Gibbston Valley property and a 100-acre station to roam on, there’s never a shortage of fresh ingredients.
The irresistible à la carte dinner menu is designed with thought and care to expertly match our award-winning, wines – all of which are vegan & most are proudly certified organic by BioGro NZ.
Bookings are essential. The Lodge Restaurant, Cellar and Theatre spaces are also available for private functions & groups.
